Such below defects not allowed:
1. Internal surface defects
Features: Straight or spiral or semi-helical serrated defects appear on the inner surface of the steel pipe.
Causes:
1) Tube billet: loose center and segregation;Serious residual shrinkage cavity;Non-metallic inclusions exceed standard.
2) Uneven heating, too high or too low temperature and too long heating time of tube billet.
3) Perforation area: severe wear on the top;Punching machine parameters are not adjusted properly;Perforated roll aging, etc.Inspection: the inner surface of the steel pipe is not allowed to have an inner fold. The inner fold of the pipe end should be polished or re-cut. The actual wall thickness of the polished place should not be less than the minimum value required by the standard.Through the length of the internal fold to reject.
2. Internal scarringCharacteristics: the inner surface of the steel tube shows spots and scars, generally not rooting easy to peel off.

A1:Test all the incoming raw material,and full monitoring of production,When pipes finished ,inspect all the pipes if quality good then ship out.

A2: Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you.
Q3: Can you do OEM for me?
A3: We accept all OEM orders,just contact us and give me your design.we will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.
Q4: What's your payment terms ?
A4: By T/T,LC AT SIGHT,30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
Q5: How long is your production lead time?
A5:It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 15 days for an order with MOQ qty.
