1. 2. Passivation layer: after polishing, the steel pipe shall be immersed in the passivation pool, and the surface of the steel pipe shall be oxidized to form a passivation layer with acidic passivation liquid, so as to achieve the corrosion resistance effect of the steel pipe.

3, forbidden oil degree: after the completion of passivation, forbidden oil cleaning, the surface of the steel pipe oil and other removal.After completion, a grease analyzer should be used for inspection.Mainly prevent the oil pollution of the pipe wall itself to the fluid material inside the pipe.
